Steps to Match Audi A6 VDO 1998-93C66(86) Key
Step 1: Connect GT114, VVDI2, instrument panel and laptop as shown in the figure.
Step 2: First press 1 main power switch, then press 2 ignition switch.
If the induction adapter flashes for three seconds and then turns off, it means that the key has not been recognized or the key chip does not match. If the IMMO light on the instrument flashes, it also means that the instrument has not recognized the key.
Step 3: Double-click to open the VVDI2 software and select Audi.
Step 4: Select "K-Line Instrument/Immobox">>"Instrument Cluster(VDO66, VDO86, Motometer)".
A PIN code will appear at this time. Remember this PIN code, as it will be used in key learning later.
Step 5: After memorizing the PIN code, click “Save File” to save the eeprom file.

Step 12: Select “Key2”>>”Make Dealer Key”>>”Megamos 48”.
Step 13: Save the new data and rename it.
Step 14: Exit this interface and Select "Audi” again.
Step 15: Select "K-Line Instrument/Immobox">>"Instrument Cluster(VDO66, VDO86, Motometer)">> “Load File”.
Step 16: Select the newly created file.
Step 17: Select “Write EEPROM”.
Step 18: Click “Yes” to exit after the data is written successfully.
Step 19: Third click "Audi”.
Step 20: Put the chip into the induction adapter.
Step 21: Select "Key Learn >> Key Learn">>"Audi A2/A3/A6/Allroad 1997+-KWP1281".
Step 22: Enter the PIN you just memorized and click “Learn”.
Step 23: Follow the prompts to turn off the ignition switch for 5 seconds and then turn it on again.
Step 24: Follow the prompts to turn off the ignition switch for 2 seconds and then turn it on.
Step 25: Key learning is completed.
Step 26: Test the newly generated chip.
After pressing the power switch, you can see the light on the induction adapter flash quickly and then go out immediately, and it means that the chip is matched successfully. After pressing the ignition switch, the IMMO light flash quickly and then go out immediately, and it also means that the chip is matched successfully.
Intelligent IMMO System Emergency Start Area Induction Detection
Press the vehicle's start switch and bring the device's key identifier close to a certain area. If the key identifier light flashes or lights up, it means that the area is the vehicle's key emergency start sensing area. If the customer's smart key is out of power, just put the dead smart key in the key emergency start sensing area to start the vehicle.
Car IMMO Start and Start Key Chip Detection Test Result Analysis:
1.The light of the key identifier flashes and then goes out, indicating that the IMMO chip and the chip key are working properly.
2.The light of the key identifier flashes for a long time, indicating that the chip key and the vehicle's IMMO system do not match, and the chip key needs to be re-matched.
3.The light of the key identifier does not flash, which means that the vehicle's IMMO system is faulty. Please check the vehicle's IMMO system.
