Customer problem:
I replaced an SD card for my GODIAG GD203. I downloaded the Godiag Update.exe file to the new micro SD card, and then restarted a few times later... But the tool was still not working, and it still showed "no file”. What is the problem? How to solve?
Here is the solution offered by GODIAGSHOP.COM engineer.
The new SD card needs formatting. When formatting, select FAT32 as the file system (F), the volume label (L) is left blank, and then formatting. Finally, log in to the upgrade program to download the software.
If the SD card is relatively loose in the card slot when installing, it may not be read successfully by GD203 OBD2 Scanner.
